Thank you for your requesting a birthday party with the Prince George Humane Society. Please complete this form upon registration and payment of the deposit of $100 within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking. The deposit is payable at our Adoption and Humane Education Centre. Please note that the date and time requested may not always be available.

Birthday parties not cancelled within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. Please feel free to call the shelter if you have any additional questions.
